Made In Chicago
Context
As an intern at the Design Museum of Chicago, I was tasked with developing the visual identity for the inaugural Makers Market, organized in collaboration with the Chicago Public Library.
Design Strategy
Equity, Responsibility, and Community.
The concept drew inspiration from patchwork—just as different patches come together to form a single piece of cloth, the market celebrates the diverse creators from Chicago's neighborhoods coming together to form a vibrant community.
The Design Museum hosted a holiday-themed edition of the Makers Market, for which I expanded on the original visual identity.
